Hope you had a happy and safe Fourth of July weekend. Thank you for your order and for picking up at the produce stand this past Friday, it was a successful day, despite the heat. I kept all of my goodies refrigerated inside of my van.  I can’t wait to do it again this upcoming weekend! Pick up this week will be on Saturday July 11th at Sprout’s Grocery Store, across the street from the main entrance of On Top Of The World. They are having their one year anniversary this Saturday and have asked me to be a vendor. I’m super excited about it! So much so, that I just bought a case of organic butter this morning. You know that life is getting real, when you buy a case of butter and a flat of delicious sweet Washington state cherries.

That’s right cherry pie! It’s been the number one most requested item  since I started baking this summer. I guess I shouldn’t put it off any longer who doesn’t love a fresh cherry pie? Yesterday I went in and met with Michael, the produce manager of Sprouts and he let me taste the cherries. I picked out a whole flat. Today I pitted and weighed out 15 pounds of  cherries! I may have also eaten my body weight, in them as well. 

I’ll get prices together for the Brownies and pies by Thursday. Once i’ve wrapped my head around my cost for ingredients. These are the best brownies and they are gluten free. I just wanted to give you an idea of what i’ll have. Feel free to place your order ahead of time so I can make sure to have what you want. You can pay cash or card at pick up.  I hope to see you on Saturday. From 8 am until I sell out!
